[Iqconnectivity] Updates on Secure AI Fabric: mailing list, member list, and White Paper

Hi everyone, Three updates to our working group: 1. I have subscribed the members of our biweekly meeting to the mailing list.  The configuration can be accessed at lists.enterpriseneurosystem.org <https://lists.enterpriseneurosystem.org> if you wish to adjust your subscription settings (you can login with your GitHub account). 2. I have updated the Home page of the wiki to indicate the names of all the members, as per the requirements of our Governance documents, as well as indicating myself as the contact person. 3.
